At the end of the 1970s, the Dr. Bounous<\/strong>in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of the McGill University<\/strong> and other medical schools canadian, he led a research project focused on nutrition, with the goal of finding a source of dietary proteins that may stimulate the immune system.
